Fathers make all the difference in a child’s life.  Fathers are a child’s pillar of strength, support and discipline. A father’s love for his children is often expressed in the sacrifices that he makes, whether in times of crisis or just in the everyday choices of family life. This June for Fathers’ month, FuelFit wants to celebrate the significance of a father’s role for every child and we are encouraging all fathers to spend healthy bonding time with their children through our fun “Play Time with My Dad” challenge.

 

How to spread the message :

Step 1: Choose 1 of the 3 workouts below  (or any other safe exercises you can think of!) and get your child to participate with you! 

  • These suggested exercises (perform 10 repetitions) are for fathers with babies and toddlers.
  • Fathers with teen children can get the teens to do the exercises beside them.
  • If you have other exciting workout that your child prefers (e.g. : partner skipping!), you are free to do that too. Be creative!

Step 2: RECORD! Grab a camera and take a video of you and your child doing the workout together. (You can video your side / back views if you are shy!)

Step 3: UPLOAD the video and tag us @Fuelfit (A drop down list with “Fuelfit Singapore” will appear. Select that.)

Step 4: Post the following onto your timeline:

FuelFit wishes all fathers a Happy Father’s Month! For the month of June, FuelFit wants to spread the powerful message : “Play Time with my Dad” ! This is to get all Dads to participate in playtime with their children and bond by exercising together! (tagged friends’ name — your close friends you want to challenge) you are next on the challenge!” #fuelfitsg

Step 5: Add and tag fellow fathers (or mummies can tag their husbands) to spread this meaningful message to accept the challenge.

A: Each participant may submit as many entries as he/she likes.
