- Easy-to-follow workout videos which can be done anytime, anywhere with our Fitness Creators, featuring Saudi Tan and Berni Ong! These workouts are progressive and are tagged to the habits introduced.
- Achieve various Fitness Badges at your own pace.
- Check your own statistics anytime, anywhere.
- Daily short personal on-the-go readings to understand more on nutrition and mental well being.
